Go to Account → Privacy → Download your data. Choose Account data (arrives in a few days) for StreamingHistory*.json, or the Extended streaming history for endsong*.json. Unzip and drop the JSON files here.
🍎 Apple Music
At privacy.apple.com, request a copy of your data and pick Media & Purchases. Drop the Apple Music - Play History.csv (or Track Play History) here.
🔴 Last.fm
Use a free CSV exporter (e.g. benjaminbenben.com/lastfm-to-csv) and drop the resulting CSV with artist, track, ... columns.
